In the two localities, Morrione and Vicenne , just under 1 km apart, located in the Bojano-Sepino plain right on the edge of the Pescasseroli-Candela cattle track , two similar necropolises have been excavated in terms of age and funerary ritual. The tombs brought to light so far are 350; they are constantly oriented west-east and have simple trenches without cover. The rectangular pit is quite large with a clean cut in the rock bank with distinct boundaries. The dark earth and pebble cover is uniform over the entire depth. The trend of the pit walls is oblique with the narrowing of the deposition bed. At low altitude, the usual cobblestone lining for this cemetery can also be seen.
