The square-plan building is spread over four floor levels, the roof is largely pitched connected to a pavilion, while a part is flat as a terrace. The main facade has symmetrical openings with respect to the axis, the entrance is raised with respect to the external floor and is accessed by a staircase, on the sides two windows with segmental arches and ashlar frames, the upper floor is divided by a double stringcourse and in the center a balcony with a worked concrete railing, overlooked by three balconies with worked frames. The facade ends with a cornice made up of corbels. The building falls within the nineteenth-twentieth century expansion area, the architectural features of the building are typical of the architecture of the early twentieth century , as evidenced by the date on the vault ashlar of the main portal.
